Malaysia’s first and most Managed Services Provider (MSP), Primary Guard together with Cloudflare, a platform that protects and accelerates Internet application online, shared cyber trends and potential threats in the era of Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0) at the 8th annual Cyber Intelligence Asia. More than 50 delegates from across Asia-Pacific gathered for the two-day conference and exhibition which was held from 11-12 March 2020 at Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel.
At the conference, industry leaders were discussing cybersecurity issues for businesses and how to address their rising concerns. Primary Guard, in partnership with Cloudflare exhibited their latest services: Cloudflare Security Services and Cloudflare Bot Management. Protecting more than 25M Internet properties across its network, Cloudflare offers threat intelligence at-scale, integrated security, performance and reliability, and ease-of-use without complexity.

During the conference, Cloudflare’s APAC Solutions Engineer Chrisanthy Carlane also shared how to solve Internet application performance and security problems.
“Our new technology is currently focusing on protecting Internet properties from malicious activity like distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, malicious bots and other nefarious intrusions. We are working hand-in-hand with our partner Primary Guard to better safeguard industrial network infrastructure against the cyber threats,” Carlane explained.
Additionally, as the world moves forward with the advancement of technology, cybersecurity is now the biggest challenge to IR 4.0. The creation of highly versatile cyber-physical world and integration of the information technology is bringing new challenges to the industry.
