Some of the region’s best Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) teams will be competing for the title of the best of Southeast Asia and a piece of the total prize pool of US$100,000. Teams from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Myanmar will battle over two group stage qualifiers and the Playoffs.
12 teams will first be divided into three groups in the qualifiers, with the winner of each group advancing to the eight-team Playoffs. Malaysian teams Todak, Team SMG and Team Bosskurr begin their challenge from the first qualifying round, also featuring three Singapore teams and six Indonesian representatives.
Malaysian favourites Geek Fam who is the second runner up at MPL Malaysia and Singapore (MPL-MY/SG) are among the four teams who are seeded for the Playoffs, together with MPL-MY/SG winners Resurgence, and MPL Indonesia champions RRQ Hoshi and second-placed EVOS Legends.
Meanwhile, MPL Myanmar representative team is unconfirmed yet due to the ongoing MPL Myanmar Season 4. Could it be the league’s leader Burmese Ghouls?
