vivo is Stepping Into the Foldable Generation 2.0

vivo is gearing up to launch the vivo X Fold and vivo X Note in China

Following rounds of teasers, vivo – a global leading smartphone brand – is set to officially launch the highly-anticipated innovations, vivo X Fold and vivo X Note, today in China.

In line with its product commitment in fulfilling ‘Joy of Humanity’, vivo strives to innovate and offer devices that set a benchmark for exceptional interaction between mobile technologies and humankind. The introduction of vivo X Fold and vivo X Note marks a moment where vivo is revolutionising the foldable smartphone landscape and invites users to embark on a journey to foldable generation 2.0 where the devices are poised to bring a brand-new foldable smartphone experience to the consumers.

Under the hood, the vivo X Fold will draw power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 along with 12GB of RAM. The vivo’s first foldable phone has a 4,600mAh battery supporting 66W wired FlashCharge and 50W Wireless Charging.

On the design front, the vivo X Fold adopts an inward folding design and a large tablet-sized inner display with a cover display. The back of the phone sports a giant camera module that houses four camera sensors powered by ZEISS.

Meanwhile, the vivo X Note – available in three colour options – comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, 12GB RAM, 512GB storage and housed in a 7″ AMOLED panel with QHD+ Resolution.

Interestingly, the vivo X Note implements its industry-leading 3D ultrasonic big fingerprint area sensor, which provides a seamless and hassle-free unlocking experience. It sports a 5,000mAh battery capacity with 80W wired FlashCharge and 50W Wireless Charging.
