VCT Pacific is one of three international leagues in the new VCT structure that will provide a new method by which teams qualify for our premier-level global tournaments, Masters and Champions. VCT Pacific will pit 10 of the best teams from Southeast Asia, Korea, Japan and South Asia against each other in 10-weeks of competition that will determine which teams will represent the Pacific region on the global stage. Teams will also be fighting for a USD 250,000 total prize pool.
VCT Pacific will be held at the Sangam Colosseum in Seoul, South Korea. However, the 2-day Finals will be held in the Jangchung Stadium.
The tournament will begin with 10 teams competing in single-round-robin, League Play. Matches will be played in a best-of-three format. This stage will take place over a period of 8 weeks.
6 teams will qualify from League Play and move forward to Playoffs where they will fight through double elimination rounds in a best-of-three format. Semi and grand finals will be played in a best-of-five format.
The 3 top teams from the Pacific league will qualify for Masters in June where they will meet the best teams from other international leagues in Americas and EMEA.
These top teams will also qualify for Champions in August where they will have a chance to fight for the title of VALORANT world champion. Other Pacific teams will have one more chance to fight for a slot at Champions through the VCT Pacific Last Chance Qualifiers in July.
