In the previous article, we introduced Samsung Care+, a protection for your Galaxy device. Let us refresh your mind on how to embark on this amazing journey. There are 3 different options for you to be on your way.
- Purchase Samsung Care+ with your new Galaxy – All you need to do is to add Samsung Care+ plan upon checkout. This applies to the purchase from Samsung,com and Samsung Authorized Partner-Mobile for Shopee and Lazada.
- Purchase Samsung Care+ here within 30 days of your newly purchased Galaxy.
- Visit stores (Samsung Experience Store, Samsung Authorized Retailers, Urban Republic) near you to purchase the Samsung Care+ – Our sales expert will handle the rest for you.
Ways to check your protection
Maintaining a sense of security is crucial, so it’s essential to regularly assess your device’s protection status. Here are 3 ways on how you can do it:
- Check your welcome email for the certificate of insurance (COI) and terms of service
- Tap About Phone and look for Samsung Care+ on your device Setting
- Open Samsung Members app, tap Support and look for Samsung Care+
