Epson Malaysia announced the launch of its new Epson Solution Center in Johor, marking the next phase of the company’s nationwide expansion. The new center provides customers and partners across Southern Malaysia with an opportunity to experience and interact with Epson’s products and solutions firsthand, from advanced printing and visual technologies to business tools designed for efficiency and reliability.
Following the success of Epson’s Solution Centers in Kuching, Sarawak and Penang, the Johor facility reinforces the company’s ongoing commitment to serving customers across Malaysia and empowering them through technologies guided by Epson’s Sho-Sho-Sei principles of efficiency, compactness and precision.
This initiative underscores Epson’s brand message of being “Engineered For Good,” highlighting its focus on developing technologies that prioritize innovation, performance, and responsible resource use. Strategically located close to Epson’s Regional Headquarters in Singapore, the Johor Solution Center further strengthens collaboration between the Malaysian and regional teams enhancing connectivity, support, and access to technical expertise.
