- Patients begin with a private online assessment and evaluation by Dr. Daniel Montville (Mayo Clinic trained) or another in-house clinician. Depending on their needs, treatment can include naltrexone, an FDA-approved medication for alcohol use disorder; clinician-prescribed GLP-1 treatment for alcohol use when medically appropriate; combination treatment; one-on-one coaching; and ongoing clinical support.
