Fine Treasure, LLC, together with Fine Entertainment as the project’s operator, has launched an online Rule 506(c) Regulation D offering for El Corazón, an approximately 23,000-square-foot hospitality destination currently under construction at Treasure Island on the Las Vegas Strip. Fine Treasure, LLC is offering membership interests to verified accredited investors.
El Corazón is designed to bring several parts of a Las Vegas night into one destination. The concept combines premium Mexican dining, a substantial tequila and mezcal experience, a destination lounge, private dining, private events, convention-related gatherings, celebrations, and late-night hospitality. The venue is currently under construction.
Fine Entertainment’s Las Vegas operating history includes hospitality concepts on the Strip and across resort and neighborhood environments. El Corazón builds on that experience with multiple guest occasions across dining, beverages, private events, convention business, celebrations, and late-night hospitality. Treasure Island is the landlord for the project and is not the issuer or guarantor of the securities being offered.
The design and programming were developed to give different parts of the venue a distinct role in the guest experience. El Corazón will include arrival moments, dining areas, tequila and mezcal beverage experiences, lounge environments, private spaces, and event-ready areas.
