iFLYTEK Showcases Full-Stack AI at AI & Digital Bridge 2026, Supporting Digital Transformation in Central Asia

— iFLYTEK took part in AI & Digital Bridge 2026, held in Astana, Kazakhstan, from October 1 to 3. Part of Kazakhstan’s Year of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence, the forum was jointly organized by the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana Hub and the Astana City Administration. President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev attended and addressed the forum on October 1.

iFLYTEK Open Platform, part of the company’s Consumer Business Group, presented AI products and solutions for multilingual interaction, smart spaces, enterprise services and local deployment of large language models. Its exhibits showed how core AI capabilities can be combined with hardware, software and industry knowledge to address specific needs. During the event, iFLYTEK Open Platform also established two strategic partnerships in Kazakhstan, advancing its local research and business collaboration in Central Asia.

iFLYTEK Showcases Full-Stack AI at AI & Digital Bridge 2026, Supporting Digital Transformation in Central Asia

Integrated Hardware and Software Bring AI Agents into Real-World Scenarios

At the booth, AI Translation Screen Lite and GuideX demonstrated AI-assisted communication and on-site services. Designed for service counters at airports, customs facilities, metro stations, hotels, government offices, banks and tourist attractions, AI Translation Screen Lite combines real-time speech recognition and translation. It supports translation among 101 languages, including Chinese, English, Kazakh and Uzbek, offering a compact solution for staff and visitors who need to communicate across languages.

For more complex service settings, GuideX is a digital human agent that combines hardware and software with multimodal perception of speech, faces, gestures and spatial information. It supports more than 30 languages, including Kazakh, Uzbek and Russian, and offers over 200 digital human appearances and 100 lifelike voice options, with enterprise customization available. In Central Asia, iFLYTEK is exploring adaptations for government, transport, telecom, postal and corporate reception settings. These would connect the agent with an organization’s knowledge base and business systems, with language and workflows tailored to each project. GuideX has been used in projects involving SMRT in Singapore, the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP) in the UAE, and Safaricom in Kenya.

Beyond communication between people, WallEX, powered by SpaceMind, brings AI interaction into homes, hotels and commercial spaces. It senses its environment, interprets user instructions and coordinates lights, curtains, air conditioning and other devices. Nurmina ambient lights at the booth generated lighting effects in real time according to user intent interpreted by a large language model, making this type of interaction tangible for visitors. SpaceMind combines local and large-model processing with millimeter-wave radar to detect people’s positions and subtle movements, reducing reliance on cameras. iFLYTEK is working with Kazakhstan-based Damutech Group LLP to validate smart hotel and residential solutions and explore their use in hotels, high-end homes and property developments.

For enterprise services, Agentic Customer Service (CXM) provides a platform to build AI customer service agents, manage their skills and knowledge, and coordinate operations across channels. It is designed to help government and enterprise customers standardize service processes, reduce manual intervention and improve response efficiency. AINOTE, an intelligent notebook, combines e-ink writing with multilingual speech transcription. It supports meetings, everyday office work and cross-language communication, offering a lightweight tool for workplace digitalization.

Flexible Edge-Cloud Deployment Meets Enterprise AI Needs

Moving from demonstrations to wider adoption also requires an AI foundation that fits local data environments. Addressing the data security, local deployment and control requirements of government and enterprise organizations, financial institutions and telecom operators, iFLYTEK presented its MaaS Platform and All-in-One Solutions.

MaaS Platform offers enterprises and developers a one-stop service covering model access, fine-tuning, performance evaluation, agent development and deployment for specific scenarios. It brings together mainstream foundation models and provides unified API access and development tools. This allows organizations to build and test AI applications around their own requirements while lowering the technical barriers to deployment.

For customers that require a local data loop, the All-in-One Solutions offering supports private deployment. It combines computing resources, large language model engines, development tools and industry agents, and supports a range of mainstream models. Incremental training, inference and applications can run locally. Model fine-tuning, private knowledge bases, knowledge distillation and agent customization enable adaptation to different languages, industries and workflows. The solution has been applied in telecommunications, government and enterprise, and media settings.

During the forum, iFLYTEK Open Platform established two strategic partnerships. William Zhou, Vice President of iFLYTEK Open Platform and President of Overseas Business, signed the agreements as iFLYTEK’s representative.

The first established a strategic partnership with the Institute of Smart Systems and Artificial Intelligence (ISSAI) at Nazarbayev University. Dr. Huseyin Atakan Varol, General Director of ISSAI, signed as the university’s representative. The partners will work on Kazakh and multilingual AI, speech technology, large language models and agents. They also plan to explore joint research, talent development and industrial applications, connecting local research strengths with practical use cases.

The second established a strategic partnership with JSC “Kazpost”. Orazbay Baglan, Operations Director for Postal Business at JSC “Kazpost”, signed as its representative. The partners will explore digital human agents, intelligent speech and AI customer service in post offices. Potential applications include visitor guidance, answers to service inquiries and assistance with postal procedures, with the aim of improving digital services across the postal network.

The exhibition brought together service-point applications, spatial intelligence and underlying platform support in a full-stack AI offering for Central Asia. In July, iFLYTEK Open Platform held a Central Asia launch event and opened a regional office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Building on that presence and the partnerships reached in Astana, it plans to develop local operations, teams, products and solutions, and work with governments, businesses and other partners on public services, smart spaces and enterprise digitalization across the region.
