The new model gives a principal’s travel a single owner, built on Lindsey Levak’s 16 years of pattern recognition across celebrity, ultra-high-net-worth, and private-client travel.
— Travel Curation has launched its Private Travel Management model around a straightforward proposition. Give the entire travel operation one accountable owner. Rather than adding another vendor for a principal, assistant or family office to manage, the model assigns responsibility for the whole travel picture to one experienced point of contact, preserving the trusted relationships already in place without requiring a permanent senior travel function internally.
In a complex household, travel often runs across an exceptional executive assistant, chief of staff, family office, travel advisor, aviation provider, security team and multiple outside vendors, each excellent at their own piece. What is frequently missing is not any one of those people. It is a single person responsible for the whole operating picture. Private Travel Management is built to provide that point of ownership.

Frequent, technically complex travel tends to become its own operating discipline. Research from Ocorian, carried out by PureProfile in February among 200 family members and senior employees at family offices in 16 countries and territories collectively managing $119.37 billion in wealth, found that 77% expect to increase their use of outsourced support across key services over the next three years. Wealth Briefing’s report does not break out travel, but 70% plan to increase use of extended family services such as concierge support. Private Travel Management applies that same logic to travel. Rather than giving an internal team another vendor to manage, it gives the travel operation one accountable owner.
Private Travel Management also flexes around the way a family actually travels. Some teams benefit from continual oversight, while others may need senior-level travel ownership only during especially complex periods, such as festive travel, production, major events, or seasonal transitions between residences. In those moments, one point of contact can take responsibility for the travel and logistics, allowing the internal team to stay focused on the principal’s other priorities without adding permanent headcount year-round.
Levak’s more than 16 years span fashion weeks, film and production travel, yachts, and VVIP travel. In private aviation, she has coordinated travel across fractional programs such as NetJets, charter brokers, and privately owned aircraft, factoring aircraft type, runway length, and FBO access into how a trip is structured. Travel Curation is not affiliated with or endorsed by any aircraft program or operator. Discretion is one of Travel Curation’s founding principles.
The model integrates with a client’s existing relationships. Clients who already work with an aviation desk, specialist advisor, household team, or security provider keep those relationships in place, and when a client has no advisor or agency relationship to retain, the booking and agency function can be incorporated into the scope.
Travel Curation remains intentionally founder-led, with Levak serving as the senior point of accountability for each engagement. The model is built around a single point of accountability, not a single pair of hands, with trusted specialists brought in as each journey requires. Capacity is deliberately limited to preserve the responsiveness, continuity, and discretion the model is designed to provide.
“The better the management behind the scenes, the more effortless the experience should feel to the principal,” Levak said.
