To more accurately reflect the product’s antioxidant performance under different skin conditions, the study supplemented the DPPH assay with an ABTS free radical scavenging test. As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the positive control (Vitamin C) had an IC₅₀ of 2.665 μg/mL for ABTS radical scavenging. Compared with the negative control, all tested concentrations exhibited highly significant inhibition (P < 0.001) and demonstrated a clear dose-dependent effect.
