Kennedy University announced IKCA accreditation for its Doctor of Professional Studies program, expanding a global academic accountability framework spanning Asia-Pacific, the Americas, Europe, and Africa.
— PARIS, France, July 30, 2026 — Kennedy University announced accreditation from the Independent Kazakhstan Center of Accreditation (IKCA), a Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA)-listed international accreditor. CHEA is the primary U.S. body that recognizes international accreditors, and the decision confirms the Doctor of Professional Studies program’s alignment with international quality standards.
IKCA is formally recognized by Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Science and Higher Education and appears in the country’s National Register of Recognized Accreditation Bodies. Furthermore, the agency participates in international quality networks through full membership in INQAAHE, affiliate membership in ENQA, and full membership in CEENQA.
Kennedy University has also developed an Asia-Pacific and Americas component within its global framework of academic accountability.
