The collaboration validated an end-to-end B2B settlement workflow across logistics and hospitality services.
HONG KONG, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — One-stop electronic payment platform Payment Asia Group today announced that it had successfully implemented a B2B settlement use case with OSL Group (HKEX: 863) (“OSL”), a global stablecoin payment and trading platform and Anchorpoint Financial Limited (“Anchorpoint”), a Hong Kong-licensed stablecoin issuer, featuring the regulated Hong Kong Dollar-backed stablecoin HKDAP for the logistics and hospitality businesses.
Grounded in real and verifiable enterprise services, the collaboration illustrated the full lifecycle from fiat funding, token minting, and business-to-business payment through same-day reconciliation, redemption, and burn. It was designed to enable the practical value of regulated HKD stablecoin for enterprise payments, operational efficiency, and treasury management.
Within the framework, Anchorpoint provided HKDAP issuance and redemption, OSL provided institutional digital asset infrastructure for distribution and settlement, while Payment Asia connects verified commercial services, payment instructions, and enterprise-grade controls. The framework illustrated how regulated tokenised money can be applied to real business activities. By linking each tokenised settlement to a verified commercial transaction, businesses benefited from enhanced transparency, traceability and reconciliation efficiency while maintaining existing operational and treasury-management practices.
In a logistics use case, Payment Asia used HKDAP to settle service fees with a logistic partner ShipAny for completed POS terminal deliveries. Each payment was linked to the relevant delivery records and supporting commercial documentation, helping to provide a transparent and efficient settlement process.
In the employee benefits and business travel use case, Payment Asia used HKDAP to facilitate settlement for its employees’ eligible hotel, day-stay and workspace services booked through Flow, an online hotel booking agency. By linking payments to verified service utilisation and agreed commercial arrangements, the collaboration demonstrated how regulated tokenised money can support efficient B2B settlement for employee benefit programmes.
Together, the two use cases validated how tokenised settlement could improve transaction efficiency and fund-flow transparency, while enabling operations, finance and compliance teams to streamline reconciliation processes and manage exceptions more effectively. HKDAP can also support more frequent settlement arrangements, allowing counterparties to settle on a per-transaction or service-cycle basis rather than relying solely on traditional monthly settlement cycles. This helps businesses improve cash flow management, reduce outstanding settlement exposures, and increase operational efficiency.
Paul Tang, Chief Operating Officer of Payment Asia said: “Payment Asia’s role is to connect every payment to a clear commercial purpose, service evidence, and enterprise-grade controls. Logistics and corporate hospitality benefits are high-frequency and verifiable operating scenarios. Through this initiative, we aim to demonstrate how settlement transparency, reconciliation efficiency, and real-time visibility of funds flows can be improved without requiring businesses to change their day-to-day cash-management practices, creating more flexible and efficient payment options for enterprise operations.”
Kevin Cui, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of OSL Group, said: “OSL believes the value of compliant digital-asset infrastructure lies in connecting regulated fiat-to-digital-asset gateways with enterprise-payment scenarios that address real needs. Through our collaboration with Anchorpoint and Payment Asia, we look forward to supporting ecosystem partners as they explore controlled, traceable, and compliant HKD stablecoin use cases and advance the evolution of enterprise-payment infrastructure.”
Dominic Maffei, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Anchorpoint, said: “Trusted ecosystem partnerships are essential to realise the potential of regulated digital money. Through our collaboration with Payment Asia and OSL, we once again demonstrated how HKDAP can be applied to real business activities and integrated into existing enterprise workflows. By expanding practical use cases for regulated HKD stablecoins, we aim to support broader adoption and contribute to the continued development of Hong Kong’s digital asset ecosystem.”
Subject to applicable regulatory requirements and operational readiness, the parties will continue to explore opportunities to expand the utility of HKDAP across enterprise-payment scenarios. These may include supply-chain payments, corporate-benefit programmes, and other B2B payment linked to verifiable commercial transaction. By bringing regulated tokenised money into real-world business workflows, the collaboration seeks to support broader adoption of tokenised payments and contribute to Hong Kong’s evolving digital asset ecosystem.
