In light of this Merdeka Day celebration, OPPO Malaysia proudly presents Penghargaan Wira Tak Didendang, a short, patriotic brand film that centers on one of the unsung heroes of our nation.
The short film, a fast-paced, adrenaline-fueled video featuring our brave firefighters in a dynamic and patriotic montage, can be viewed on OPPO’s Official Facebook Page and YouTube Channel. Through scenes that showcase intense drills and exercises, the film highlights the heroism, strength, and resilience of these firefighters, illustrating how they prepare and train to push their limits.
Showcased alongside OPPO’s Merdeka brand film is a gorgeous new Sunset Pink color for the OPPO Reno12. The smartphone captured powerful portraits of firefighters amid their intense training, embodying their primal spirit forged in resilience, where heroes are made and tempered by fiery courage. Each portrait reflects a tale of sacrifice and commitment, that shapes them into the heroes they are today.
Unveiled earlier on August 13th, the all-new Sunset Pink colorway on the Reno12 reflects the endless dedication of our national heroes who serve at all hours of the day. Designed for portrait photography enthusiasts and content creators, the Reno12 makes use of its breakthrough GenAI imaging and editing features, such as OPPO’s all-new Live Photo feature, which were used to capture photos within the brand film.
The Live Photo feature complements OPPO’s existing suite of impressive AI- imaging features such as AI Eraser 2.0, AI Clear Face and AI Best Face, and now enables users to enhance their photography capabilities, by applying retouching and beauty effects, customised cover frames, and for convenience, post directly to Instagram Stories.
For even more imaginative possibilities, AI Studio can also create digital avatars or artistic portrait styles from just one user photo. With this feature, users can reimagine themselves as characters in their favourite films, or in the case of OPPO’s Merdeka activations, their favourite national heroes.
Become Your Favourite Hero with OPPO’s AI Studio!
With the release of the brand film, this Merdeka and Malaysia Day, OPPO’s AI Studio unveils a series of all-new AI-generated templates of national heroes, inviting Malaysians to Become Your Favourite Hero.
Between 23rd August and 17th September 2024, users can stand a chance to win a limited Malaysian Heroes 2025 calendar, which features stunning images of our unsung national heroes in action, captured by the OPPO Reno12 Series.
To participate, users are invited to visit any OPPO Brand Store to experience the Reno12 Series and its AI Studio features, transforming an image of yourself into a hero, using OPPO’s new Heroes template including doctor and firefighter characters.
