Do you know that you can now play nearly 2,400 MS-DOS games for free right from your browser? Yes, that’s right. Even the good old first edition of Prince of Persia is available to play…for free!
I stumbled upon the said website earlier and I can’t help myself but to play with some of my childhood favourite games such as Prince of Persia, Spy vs Spy and many more. I have yet to explore the whole list myself. But I know that I will definitely have such a fun time after this.
Previously back in the 80’s, I need a floppy disk to play the game on my old MS-DOS system at home. Start up the PC, insert the floppy disk and let it run straight from the disk. I bet the kids nowadays don’t even know what a floppy disk is. But to me, those were the fun days.
The website I am talking about is actually an online archive site but I can point you straight to the MS-DOS games page over here. You can thank me later when or IF you’re done playing your nostalgic game(s). Have fun.
