The HONOR 20 and HONOR 20 PRO will be entitled to an extended one-year warranty
Global smartphone brand HONOR today announced that the Rileks, Beli Je 1+1 Year Extended Warranty Campaign period has been extended to 31 December 2019 for the HONOR 20 and HONOR 20 PRO so that Malaysian consumers can continue to enjoy HONOR’s latest flagship with a peace of mind. This campaign offers an extended one-year warranty, giving consumers a total of two years warranty.
The additional one-year warranty can be redeemed via the HiCare application within 7 days of the purchase. The plan will provide extensive protection against repair costs with HONOR official maintenance standards and 100% original spare parts.
Simply follow these steps to redeem the offer –
Step 1: Launch the HiCare application (pre-installed) on your HONOR device, click on the “Extended Warranty Plan” banner at the top of the screen
Step 2: Update HiCare version as prompted by the system
Step 3: Your Huawei ID is required to redeem the Extended Warranty Plan
Step 4: Tap on “Click Here Now” to redeem your Extended Warranty Plan. Customer shall claim his entitlement for the said extended warranty (additional 1 year) within 7 days from purchase.
Step 5: Application to confirm Extended Warranty Plan redeemed successfully

The HONOR 20 PRO was first introduced in two colour variants – Phantom Black and Phantom Blue. A third variant – Icelandic Frost – was recently introduced to provide consumers with a wider variety. All three variants are officially available to purchase at all HONOR Experience Stores (HES) and its official e–commerce site hihonor, as well as HONOR’s official store on Shopee and Lazada.
