To ensure the safety and well-being of consumers in line with the extended Movement Control Order (MCO) announced by the Prime Minister, warranty for all HONOR devices* has been extended giving consumers flexibility and a peace of mind. Warranty for all HONOR devices that expire between the period of 18 March to 30 May 2020 will qualify for an automatic extension until 31 May 2020.
The extension covers Normal In-Warranty, Screen Protection Warranty, 7-day phone replacement (Date of Purchase) and more. HONOR recognises its responsibility towards its consumers and will work to the best of its abilities to ensure that the on-going circumstances will not affect its after sales services for consumers. As HONOR Experience Stores continues to be temporarily closed, operations will continue online on Hihonor.
Should there be an issue that requires a visit to a service center immediately, consumers can reach out to a service assistance listed below and a representative will record the consumers’ enquiries and escalate it for further action. Once approved, consumers can then visit service centers within three days after it has resumed operations.
