Thin 1.5mm tropical suits adopt stretch fleece lining and flatlock seams, while thick 5–12mm cold-water models feature full titanium inner layers and double blind glue stitching to minimize water seepage.

The factory implements three-stage quality inspection covering raw neoprene thickness, zipper tightness and seam waterproof performance, with product compliance with EU REACH and Australia ACID standards.
