Wildcat Management Launches New Investment Guide Website for 1823 Cadiz Street, One of Downtown Dallas’ Last Major Development Sites

Wildcat Management debuts a new website for 1823 Cadiz Street, giving developers and investors an on-demand investment guide covering zoning, architect-designed renderings, market data and proximity to major downtown Dallas projects, all in one place for the 0.67-acre parcel in the heart of downtown Dallas.

— Wildcat Management introduces a new website dedicated to 1823 Cadiz Street, one of the largest remaining undeveloped parcels in downtown Dallas’ Commercial Business District. The site, 1823cadizdallas.com, functions as a full investment guide, featuring an offering memorandum, architect-designed renderings, market data and a location guide detailing the billions of dollars in development surrounding the site.

“This corridor is where Dallas is building next,” Wildcat Management President Tanya Ragan. “The momentum downtown right now is real, and this site is positioned right at the center of it.”

1823 Cadiz Street sits within the City Hall-Convention Center corridor, roughly five blocks from the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, where a $3.7 billion expansion is adding 2.5 million square feet of new space.

The development site borders the Newpark District, a 20-acre master plan bringing 1,500 residential units, a four-star hotel and an education campus, and sits near Hunt Realty’s $5 billion mixed-use redevelopment near Reunion Tower, which is set to bring 3,000 apartments, up to 2 million square feet of office space, a hotel and a new park to downtown Dallas. It also sits close to Goldman Sachs’ new regional headquarters campus and the newly launched Texas Stock Exchange, both bringing new jobs and investment downtown.

The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is home to 24 Fortune 500 headquarters and added more than 132,000 jobs over the past year, a 3.3 percent annual increase. Downtown Dallas’ City Center area now counts more than 70,000 residents, and the surrounding Farmers Market neighborhood has grown to 4,500 residents, making it one of downtown’s fastest-growing pockets.

The new online resource features architect-designed concepts from Merriman Anderson Architects showing the range of what 1823 Cadiz Street can support, from a nine-story, 250-unit multifamily building with ground-floor retail to a 200-key hotel with street-level retail to a 24-story high-rise with panoramic downtown views.
