The machine combines refrigerated meal storage, automated microwave heating, ordering and payment functions, and six temporary pickup compartments in one self-service system. The compartments keep completed orders separate for collection, creating a buffer between heating and pickup when several customers order around the same time.
Many facilities experience concentrated demand during lunch periods, shift changes or scheduled breaks. Others need to provide meals at night or in satellite locations where operating a continuously staffed counter may not be practical. The machine stores up to 88 packaged meals in a refrigerated carousel maintained below 4°C. After a customer selects and pays for a meal, the system retrieves the package and uses programmable microwave heating before transferring the completed order to an available pickup compartment.
Average service time is approximately 60 seconds after payment, based on a 30-second microwave cycle. Heating power and duration can be adjusted according to the meal type. The machine is designed for prepared foods and does not cook raw ingredients. Operators are expected to use microwave-safe containers and validate packaging, recipes, heating settings and food-safety procedures for their menu and market.
A 49-inch touchscreen guides customers through selection, ordering and payment. Google Pay, Apple Pay and POS payment options can be integrated, subject to the payment provider selected for the project. Remote ordering and multi-user checkout are also available, enabling customers to place orders without relying exclusively on the machine’s touchscreen.
Once a meal is ready, the system can assign it to one of the six temporary compartments. This allows another order to move through the workflow while earlier customers collect their meals. The compartments are temporary collection points rather than long-term food-storage areas, and are intended to help operators manage queues during high-demand periods.
Remote-management functions support equipment monitoring and daily service coordination. Operators can use the platform to manage products and review machine status, while deployment requirements, payment integrations and software functions can be configured according to the project scope.
The system measures 1,800 mm wide, 930 mm deep and 1,950 mm high. It is rated at 240V, 50–60Hz, with rated power of 3,000 W. Before installation, operators should assess electrical supply, ventilation, network access, service clearance and replenishment routes at the selected location.
Meal-box sizes can vary within the carousel tray configuration, provided containers are microwave-safe and tested before use. Operators can adjust heating parameters for different prepared meals and update product availability as menus change. The combination of refrigerated capacity and temporary pickup compartments is intended to support both extended service hours and short periods of concentrated demand.
