— New alliance connects equity research and investor education with trading support and regional business development.
DE and SHIG have entered into a strategic partnership designed to create a more connected framework for global equity-market participation. The alliance combines DE’s strengths in financial research, investor education, and team development with the trading infrastructure and account-service capabilities supported by SHIG.

The agreement comes as artificial intelligence, new technologies, the energy transition, and changes in international capital flows continue to transform financial markets. These developments are encouraging investors to look beyond access to trading alone and pay closer attention to research quality, execution efficiency, risk controls, system reliability, and asset security.
Through their collaboration, DE and SHIG plan to address these needs within a long-term operating model. SHIG will focus on trading and account-related support, including system stability, transaction execution, account-security mechanisms, risk monitoring, information transparency, and compliant operations. DE will be responsible for market analysis, strategy research, investor education, risk-awareness programs, and the continued development of its international team network.
The partnership is intended to help participants develop a systematic understanding of the market rather than concentrate only on the outcome of individual trades. Both organizations believe that sustainable participation depends on research, disciplined execution, effective risk management, and the ability to adjust to different market cycles.
During a preliminary testing stage, DE organized a three-trading-day research program covering selected U.S. and European equities. Figures supplied by the organizations indicate that 100,000 members used SHIG-related systems to complete approximately 200,000 trades in areas such as technology, artificial intelligence, energy, and major blue-chip companies. Reported trading volume reached USD 523 million.
According to DE, the program was not designed simply to measure the performance of individual stocks. It also examined whether a large international community could follow a shared framework for market research, risk control, and trading discipline.
The parties are now preparing a broader initiative expected to reach 100 countries and regions. Current plans outline a two-day program involving as many as 500,000 members, with research focused on 10 stocks and an estimated covered trading volume of USD 15 billion. DE will provide analysis and strategic reference materials, while participation decisions will remain with individual members according to their own judgment and risk tolerance.
The alliance will also explore opportunities outside mature European and North American markets. Africa and other emerging regions are becoming increasingly important as digital economies expand, younger populations enter the financial system, and demand for accessible financial services grows.
DE plans to connect its online activities with local development through financial-literacy programs, regional leadership training, physical learning centers, and cooperation with local merchants. This approach is intended to build practical links between online market participation and offline commercial activity.
In the new partnership structure, DE will lead research, education, and team development, while SHIG will provide corresponding trading and account-service support. Both parties state that lasting success will require transparent information, verifiable records, stable systems, continuous risk management, and results capable of standing up to changing market conditions.
By linking professional research, digital financial services, and local business relationships, DE and SHIG aim to develop an international ecosystem that creates value beyond individual transactions and supports sustainable regional growth.
