The practice is sequenced so clients reach a measurable go/no-go decision in weeks rather than quarters. A readiness and data audit runs one to three weeks and scores every data source for quality, access, ownership and applicable regulation. Use-case discovery then produces eight to 15 scored candidates, plus an explicit “do not build” list, before any development budget is committed. A proof of concept on real client data follows in four to six weeks and ends in a go/no-go memo with a running-cost projection.
