Lenovo is really stepping up their smartphone arsenal right now. I haven’t had the opportunity to try out the Lenovo Vibe Z yet, and yesterday news about the arrival of the new Vibe Z2 Pro came to light. I would love to play around with the Vibe Z because it is powered by Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB of RAM and since I’m a fan of the K900, the Vibe Z a.k.a K910 is a damn good upgrade.
Okay. Now I have to play with something else.
Of course, the new Vibe Z2 Pro won’t be arriving anytime soon. According to the source, the Vibe Z2 Pro will come with a Snapdragon 801 clocked at 2.5GHz and probably is coming with at least 3GB of RAM. The highlight of this high specification device is the 6-inch QHD display with resolution of 2560 x 1440, which is currently the highest resolution on a mobile device. Other devices that I know with this similar resolution are the Oppo Find 7 and the upcoming LG G3. Vibe Z2 Pro is powered by a huge 4,000mAh battery that is easily going to last you the whole day…and night.
For photography lovers, it’s good to know that the early speculation of the shooter is 16-megapixel and said to come with an optical image stabilizer. This means taking photos in the dark will be better and clearer. No news on which Android OS it will come with yet.
All these are just speculations but I’m sure Lenovo is coming up with an upgrade to the Vibe Z. They have so many entry level Android phones now, it’s time they step up their game and start playing with the big boys.
