The system preserves published procedure versions as stable documents, ensuring that a record always references the version in force when the work was performed.
A distinguishing feature of the platform is its ability to display any record exactly as it appeared on a previous date, rather than reconstructing the record from current data. This capability is intended to support audits, regulatory reviews and client inquiries by showing the state of documentation at a specific point in time.
