— Elaine Warga-Murray, an educator, entrepreneur, speaker, and community association management professional, is launching a new seminar series designed to give women practical strategies for developing professional influence, credibility, resilience, and sustainable careers. The program, being introduced through E.W. Murray Consulting, draws from more than four decades of work spanning filmmaking, education, property management, entrepreneurship, speaking, and expert-witness assignments. Initial seminars will focus on New Jersey, with plans to expand into Pennsylvania and other regional markets.
The seminar series builds on a career that has repeatedly involved entering new professional fields, learning unfamiliar disciplines, and translating that experience into teaching and mentorship. Warga-Murray earned a master’s degree in cinema after completing her undergraduate studies in 1970 and later worked in filmmaking and television, including documentary production and operations management for a cable television studio. She subsequently taught filmmaking and mass media at the high school and community college levels before moving into property management after receiving training in the field.

That transition became a significant part of her professional development. Her subsequent work included founding and leading property management companies, managing large portfolios, developing educational materials, and mentoring professionals pursuing industry credentials. She has also written numerous professional articles and produced training programs for community association management organizations.
The seminars draw from those experiences through structured sessions addressing specific professional situations. Planned subjects include navigating imposter syndrome among professional women, building resilience and reducing the conditions associated with burnout, developing influence and persuasion skills, strengthening personal brand, embracing change as a business strategy, and managing career responsibilities alongside family life. Warga-Murray raised two children while managing professional responsibilities and has spoken about incorporating family considerations into her working life.
