Ottawa households can now price, schedule and pay for a standard, deep or move-in/move-out clean in one visit to the company’s website.
— Good Cleaner Co., an Ottawa cleaning company based in Orléans, has opened online booking for home cleaning. Households can now go from a first estimate to a confirmed, paid appointment without a phone call.
The booking, at https://goodcleaner.ca/booking/, runs in three steps. First, the customer picks the kind of clean, standard upkeep, a deep clean or a move-in/move-out clean, and describes the home: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and other rooms, plus any pets. Extras such as baseboards, the inside of the oven or fridge, inside cabinets and interior windows can be added. The estimate updates as each choice is made and shows the service price, the HST and roughly how many hours of cleaning the visit covers.
Second, the customer chooses a day and an arrival window. Third, they review the booking and pay by card through Square. Weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly visits are offered at a lower rate than one-time cleans. Extra work is only charged with the customer’s approval.
Customers who are not ready to commit can have the estimate emailed to themselves and come back to it later.
The aim is simple: people want to know the price and how long a clean will take before they talk to anyone, and the booking page now shows both before any payment is made.
Every clean is backed by the company’s satisfaction guarantee: if an area is not right, the team returns and re-cleans it.
Businesses that need office cleaning, janitorial contracts or post-construction cleanup can still request a tailored quote through the contact page on goodcleaner.ca. Quotes are usually answered within 24 hours.
